An NDIS Dietitian works alongside you to reach your health and capacity goals.
Dietitians will have a consultation with you to learn more about you and what makes you unique to make a strategy with you that works towards your goals in a realistic and achievable way.
Through the NDIS, Dietitians focus on making nutrition is not a barrier for success by suppporting functional capacity and the ability to thrive in health and life.

In this service, we aim to investigate and understand what makes your health situation unique. We work collaboratively alongside you to establish strategy that works with your life without flipping it upside down.

Telehealth ONLINE/ MOBILE CONSULTATIONS
Our most popular service.
Aimed to fit into the busy day of Australians, this service removes the travel time and planning required to take time out of your busy day in order to see a health professional. At R.E.A.L, we have a large passion for breaking down barriers to healthcare and longevity, thus we recommend this a large portion of our clientele.
Available in 30, 45 an 60 minute blocks, there is a time allocation for all requirements and situations. Conducted via a secure and confidential video call in a private environment.
iN HOME VISIT CONSULTATIONS
For those who prefer in person consultations and would benefit from having a more in-depth understanding of the environment at home with potential benefit to restructuring of the home food environment. Well suited to:
– NDIS
– Elderly
– Mobility difficulties
Limited to North Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Available in 45 an 60 minute blocks
in clinic consultations (eltham, vic)
Our very welcoming and comfortable environment, shared with osteopaths, psychologist and family therapists. Aimed at providing a relaxing consultation for those who prefer an in-person environment.
Funding
Dietitian eligbility usually follows the NDIS categories of:
– Capacity building – Improved Health and Wellbeing: Nutrition assessments, meal planning, education and counselling to improve health.
– Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life: Daily nutrition tasks, meal preperation and training for support workers/ carers
